In order to receive remote support you will need to follow the steps below:
- Contact our Help Desk via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone at (888) 999-2709.
- Explain the problem and request remote assistance.
- Once assistance is requested, a code will be given to you to enter in the remote support portal.
- Go to http://tech123.support and enter code given.
Once code is entered a support specialist will be able to provide the requested remote support.
